A non-refundable deposit of $750.00
is required by February 15, 2010
to reserve a space for C-A-M-P.

The balance of $745.00 must be received
by April 15, 2010 or your spot is at risk of
being filled by another participant.

Scholarships may be available
on a limited basis.
