Instruction in basic plot arc, screenwriting format, storyboarding, and script breakdowns for production.
Casting, basic camera function, the roles on a film set, directing and finally production will be discussed.
Post production editing will be reviewed.

THE CURSE OF THE DOLL- This Movie Preview was created at C-A-M-P '09, Little Bear Pond, Maine. Campers in the elective included Brianna, Azalia, Maddy, Grace, Hannah, Selina, Miles, Hunter, Bea, Ashley, Ben, Jesse, John and Joe. Josh and Grace led the class and directed.

This course will incorporate singing, acting and movement in a musical theater ensemble piece with live accompainment. Designed for group singing and indivial performance, students will learn acting techniques through theater exercises and games, culminating in a final performance.

This course is a hands-on approach to the works of William Shakespeare. Students will work on excerpts from Shakespeare's plays to be performed at the end of the session.

An elective that really rocks! This workshop is open to all musicians at C-A-M-P. Whether you've taken piano for 8 years, or are just learning to play the guitar. Students of any level will be learning the basics and expanding their knowledge of the following instruments: Piano, Guitar, Bass, or Drums. In addition to learning your instrument of choice, you will be working as a group to form a Band. Performance opportunities will include talent shows as well as the Final Showcase.

This workshop explores the creative process behind writing your own music. Students will be learning the fundamentals of music stylization, song formation, lyric writing, and music composition. Students will have the opportunity to write their own original songs, and work with professional songwriters, composers and musicians.
